              The Ngeyehin Karang ceremony is carried out in residents' homes as a symbol of harmony with Bhuta Kala so as not to disturb the lives of the residents of the house. This ritual is interpreted as an attempt to cool down the motherland so that the hot condition of the motherland, soiled, stepped on, and hoeed, can return in its capacity as a house rock that provides calm and harmony. Thus, it is hoped that harmony and balance will be realized between the owner of the house and the motherland, including Mrs. Bhuta's strength, pamali, and other negative things. A number of means are used, including offerings at Sanggah Cucuk and Pangulapan. At the bottom, canang baas pipis, coconut sugar, an inviter, a teenan, a basket, pengayeng, perforated pis, a sokasi containing ketak injin, palm wine, and bayuan rice with water are placed in the gelutuk. Apart from that, the main means are all kinds of water, namely panatuh agung water, which comes from eleven sacred springs. Apart from that, panglukatan water is placed in the cawan, clean water is placed in a cup, pangasih-asih water is placed in the kumur, and caru water is placed in the monkey.

Santukan punika kaaptiang mangdane pertiwine taler sang sane nruenang parumahan ngamangguhang karahayuan taler nyomya sakancan bhuta miwah nawengin sakancan sane kaon. Skancan sarana upakara kanggen, inggih punika banten ring sanggah cucuk, banten pangulapan. Ring sornyane, katur canang baas pipis, gula kelapa, pengundang, teenan, bakulan, pengayeng, pis bolong, sokasi berisi ketak injin, tuak, nasi bayuan, taler toya sane kagenahang ring gelutuk. Tiosan punika, sarana utama marupa sakancan toya inggih punika toya panatuh agung sane mawit saking solas wit genah toya. Raris kanggen toya panglukatan sane kagenahng ring beruk ageng, toya pabersih sane kagenahang ring cawan, toya pangasih-asih sane kagenahang ring kumur, taler toya caru sane kagenahng ring beruk.

              Upacara ngeyehin karang dilakukan di rumah warga sebagai simbol keharmonisan dengan Bhuta Kala agar tidak mengganggu kehidupan penghuni rumah. Ritual ini dimaknai sebagai usaha meneduhkan kembali ibu pertiwi, sehingga kondisi ibu pertiwi yang panas bara, dikotori, diinjak, dicangkul, dapat kembali dalam kapasitasnya sebagai karang rumah yang memberikan ketenangan dan keharmonisan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat terwujud keharmonisan dan keseimbangan antara pemilik rumah dengan ibu pertiwi, termasuk nyomya kekuatan Bhuta, pamali, dan hal-hal negatif lainnya. Sejumlah sarana digunakan, di antaranya banten di sanggah cucuk, banten pangulapan. Di bagian bawah dihaturkan canang baas pipis, gula kelapa, pengundang, teenan, bakulan, pengayeng, pis bolong, sokasi berisi ketak injin, tuak, nasi bayuan dengan air ditempatkan di gelutuk. Selain itu, sarana utama adalah segala jenis air yaitu air panatuh agung yang berasal dari sebelas sumber mata air yang sakral. Selain itu ada pula air panglukatan yang ditempatkan di beruk gede, air pabersihan ditempatkan pada cawan, air pangasih-asih ditempatkan pada kumur, dan air caru ditempatkan pada beruk.
