        Abstract


        In English

        The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of agro-climate, technology of cultivation, harvest and post-harvest chrysanthemums. This study uses survey method, through the collection of primary data and secondary data. This research is located in the village of Pancasari, District Sukasada, Buleleng Bali Province. Descriptive survey conducted on 40 respondents, chrysanthemum growers using the component identification of determinants of commodity production chrysanthemum include: site selection, infrastructure, crop production processes and post-harvest handling. The survey results showed that 100% of the farmers have chosen a suitable location with agro-climatic conditions required by the chrysanthemum plant, and 86.09% of the farmers have been using the means needed to support the process of crop production. In the process of production of 78% in accordance with the operational procedures. At the stage of harvest and post-harvest handling 80% have been implemented by farmers and some still use conventional methods of handling. Thus, Pancasari village has a potential location for the cultivation of chrysanthemum as a mainstay commodity.

        Tatujon pangulatian puniki tan sios mangda prasida mastikayang kepatutan ngeninin tanah-daatan, teknologi metetanduran, panen lan pasca panen sekar krisan. Pangulatian ngawigunayang metode survey antuk mupulang data sekunder lan primer. Pangulatian magenah ring Desa Pancasari, Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng, Provinsi Bali. Studi deskriptif mantuka ring 40 responden para penandur sekar krisan antuk ngawigunayang saluwiring sarana produksi minakadin ipun genah abian, infrastruktur, proses produksi lan parilaksana pasca panen. Pangulatian mitatasan 100 persen petani misaratan tanah lan daatan sane pastika tepas ring tetanduran sekar krisan, taler 86,09 persen petani sampun ngawigunayang sekancan sarana sane kapisaratang. Ngeninin proses produksi 78 persen petani sampun nganutin pisarat. Ngeninin proses panen lan pasca panen 80 persen petani sampun ngelaksanayang sekadi sepatutnyane nanging sekarinnyane kantun nganggen metode konvensional. Riantukan asapunika pastika sampun Desa Pancasari marupa genah sane dahat mautama ngelimbakang tetanduran sekar krisan pinaka dedagangan sane utama.

        Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menentukan potensi agro-iklim, teknologi pembudidayaan, panen dan pasca-panen tanaman bunga krisan. Studi ini menggunakan metode survey, dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder dan primer. Lokasi studi adalah desa Pancasari, Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng Provinsi Bali. Studi deskriptif dilakukan terhadap 40 responden petani tanaman bunga krisan, dengan menggunakan komponen penentu produksi komoditas ini seperti: lokasi kebun, infrastruktur, proses produksi tanaman dan penanganan pasca-panen. Survey menunjukkan 100% petani memilih lokasi tanam dengan kondisi agro-iklim yang tepat bagi tanaman krisan, dan 86.09% petani telah menggunakan alat-alat yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung proses produksi tanaman. Terkait proses produksi, 78% petani telah sesuai dengan prosedur operasional. Terkair proses panen dan pengelolaan pasca panen, sebanyak 80% telah mengimplementasikanya sedangkan sisanya masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Oleh karena itu, Desa Pancasari memiliki lokasi yang sangat potensial untuk pengembangan bunga krisan sebagai komoditas utama.
