This study aims to provide an illustration that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a very severe impact on the economy and other things in Bali as an area that relies on the tourism sector. The method used in this research is the descriptive – qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that in addition to the negative impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a positive impact on the employment sector in an effort to accelerate the digitization of job transformation which requires people to quickly adapt to all the changes that shape the new life and world of work in line with the demands of the revolution. industry 4.0. Comprehensive efforts are needed as well as quick and appropriate
policies to deal with the impact of the Covid - 19 pandemic in the employment sector to
protect and restore the welfare of workers both now and after the pandemic.
