Togog puniki kegaenin olih I Nyoman Nuarta uli tahun 80an. Togog niki tegehne 121 meter paling tegeh no 3 ring gumi puniki , lan lebarne 64 meter. Saking tegehne togog puniki, irage nyidaang nyingakin togog GWK uli Sanur, Nusa Dua, miwah kati ke Tanah Lot. Togog GWK ngelambangin bhatara Wisnu sane ngelinggihin wahanane, inggih punika Garuda.
