• Toya Pinaka Dasar Kauripan sane Sayan Cemer + (Om Swastyastu Good morning ladies and genOm Swastyastu

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. First of all, let us give thanks to The God because of the grace, all of us can gather today to take part in the Wikithon Public Participation Balinese Oration in good health. Today I will explain water problems in Indonesia.
If we talk about water for the Indonesian people, it is no longer strange. The Indonesian nation is a maritime country whose territory is surrounded by water. If calculated using numbers, around 75% (seventy five percent) of Indonesia's territory is surrounded by water. Therefore, many people make a living from the waters. Water is the basis of life for all living creatures on earth. Because water has enormous uses for life, many problems arise involving water. Based on a report from the Indonesian Ministry of Environment, it is remembered that the water deficit in Bali has been visible since 1995 at a total of 1.5 billion cubic meters/year. This deficit continued to increase to 7.5 billion cubic meters/year in 2000. Then, in 2015 Bali had a water shortage of 27.6 billion cubic meters/year. Water demand in Bali in 2021 will reach 5951.92 liters per second and it is estimated that in 2025 it will increase to 7991.29 liters per second. Meanwhile, water availability from infrastructure will reach 6939.38 liters per second or a deficit in 2025.

The problem of the water crisis which is gradually increasing is caused by two factors, namely global warming and human activities. Global warming causes several problems that are the main characteristics of marine problems. Such as flash floods or tidal floods. There is also an increase in sea levels which causes erosion on beaches. Things like that are very important to pay attention to. Increasingly rising waters cause more and more land areas to be covered by sea water, while the human population on earth is increasing day by day. This creates a new problem, namely the transition of land and forests into residential areas. This land transition will cause the high temperature on earth and the narrowing of water catchment areas to increase.

The second cause is because of humans. Tourism in Bali is like a double-edged sword, on the one hand it really helps encourage the progress of Bali's economy, on the other hand the impact of this causes more and more land to be used for tourism, so that water catchment areas which should be able to be used as water reserves when the summer slowly narrows and eventually disappears. Apart from that, in this era of development, a lot of household waste and industrial waste are simply thrown into nature, causing pollution. Like the phenomenon of the Badung River water turning red in November four years ago, this proves that liquid waste that is disposed of without processing is very dangerous for the environment. If the waste is disposed of on a large scale, the results will immediately look like the Badung River phenomenon. However, what if the waste is disposed of on a small scale, such as household detergent waste? We need to realise that little by little this liquid waste will start to accumulate and in the end it will also trigger pollution in large rivers. You also give attention about rubbish, because many people throw rubbish in inappropriate places, causing environmental damage. Polluted river water will return to the sea. If this problem is not addressed immediately, it is possible that humans will become extinct due to various diseases that arise from dirty water.

Before the water problem gets worse and causes loss of life, it is hoped that the leaders of Bali in 2024 will immediately prevent this. One way that can be done is training and guidance in creating home wastewater treatment installations so that the water is safe when discharged into the environment. Apart from that, the importance of understanding waste sorting and processing is also needed by the people in Bali. Let's work together to protect our earth for a sustainable future. That's all I can say, sorry if there are any wrong words.

Om Santhi, Santhi, Santhi, Omong words. Om Santhi, Santhi, Santhi, Om)
 • PARTICIPATION OF PUBLIC ISSUES WITH THE BASABALI WIKI PROGRAM + (Om Swastyastu. At this time Balinese langOm Swastyastu.

At this time Balinese language and Balinese culture are rarely known in public, generally they are more inclined to foreign cultures. With a more adequate platform, they prefer to study foreign cultures. Without them realizing there is a BASAbali Wiki platform that can be used to understand Balinese culture and also participate in public issues. BASABALI WIKI has a program that is good to use if we have a desire to follow public issues, there is a 3 languages dictionary we can use to translate languages when we have difficulty in that language. If we have the desire to read biographies, literature, tourism, the environment, and others, there is a program called the Community Space. The millennial generation now likes illustrated stories like comics. There is a comic made by BASABALI WIKI entitled “Luh Ayu Manik Mas” Comic The theme is about our environment. In this comic, there is a heroine named “Luh Ayu Manik Mas”. This comic has an impact on all of us, such as following public issues, preserving the environment, culture, and literature in Bali. Furthermore, BASA BALI WIKI has a WIKI MARATHON program called Wikithon, this is a program that can be used to compete and upload our work. Based on this program we can all participate in public issues where we are now. We can all present the work that we have made, if the work has been uploaded to BASABALI WIKI it can be seen by the whole community and the millennial generation. With a platform as good as this, people should explore more information about its use and usage. In this era, all people and millennial generation has the goal of Preserving culture, of course, this can be done through this platform. Our suggestion for this 3 languages dictionary is to provide features that have translators from cameras or pictures. The second is provided voice features for the correct way of pronunciation. The last, 3 language dictionaries can add translations of the Balinese script because at this time Balinese script is rarely understood by people.

Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti Om.by people. • Bali Perished? A floating reality + (Om swastiastu..... This is a link from my Om swastiastu.....
This is a link from my previous post. Bali is widely known as the island of the gods who keep the phenomenon of culture that is still thick in indonesia. So bali is named as the most beautiful island that must be visited by local or foreign tourists. But that was then but now bali has changed, it is due to the development that is out of control. For example, if we go to Kuta, we do not feel at all in Bali. What is Bali? I don't think that's Bali. There are only a few signs of Bali's return, several periods of Balinese leadership did not give much to the image of a good culture and even tried to change it. From this paper I take the material that I pack in the "narrative of change for bali". The problem of bali tonight is traffic congestion, many street lights are off, Bali tourism is a little down-. And others,. As a result of economic growth is getting lower because of these things, is there a handle? This Sementsra not, because the government is busy politically .
A number of cultures that are almost extinct include, baris kraras, wayang wong, and a number of other sacred cultures. The main factor causing the extinction of the culture is due to the lack of interest in the younger generation to learn and preserve the culture. In addition, also because of the development of the times so that many young people are affected by the progress of the Times and leave a culture that has become a legacy since ancient times. A society has a culture and values that are maintained and passed down from one generation to another. Preserving and developing the nation's culture is an attitude that needs to be developed in addressing diversity. Not only that, cultural preservation is also a positive attitude and activities to fill the independence of Indonesia, friends. To be able to have an attitude of accepting the diversity of ethnic and cultural groups in the community, awareness and openness are needed. Here's how we preserve culture ,

1. Understanding Your Own Culture
Everyone certainly has their own region of origin. Some are from Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Bali, and so forth. Each region in Indonesia certainly has many different cultures from each other.
2. Introducing Culture To Others
If we already understand our own culture, then we can introduce it to others or others. We can teach it to people around us. For example, teach some vocabulary in your local language. Not only that, we can also teach about regional dances, how to play musical instruments, and so on. In addition, we can also learn about the culture of others. That way, the culture of the nation will be more known.
3. Not Influenced By Foreign Culture
Another way that can be done to preserve Indonesian culture is by not being influenced by foreign cultures. Technological advances also make it easier for us to access information from within or outside the country. Unfortunately, this can also be one of the causes of Indonesian culture being increasingly abandoned, friends. The trend quickly entered and was popular in the community. However, let's not let that trend cause us to abandon our own culture.
It is possible to study a foreign culture. However, we must choose a good culture and in accordance with the foreign culture.
My hope is that the handling of problems in the province of Bali in the future can be solved by promoting Balinese local wisdom. The purpose and purpose of generating local wisdom in solving customary problems, civil lawsuit problems, criminal problems that have no impact, family problems and others related to all community problems in Bali is to bring justice, benefit and legal certainty closer to the community, not cause resistance in the community, suppress the speed of the community to court, so that customary justice can run more effectively, quickly & efficiently.n more effectively, quickly & efficiently.)

 • Purwabhumi Kamulan + (Purwabhumi Kamulan means the origin of thePurwabhumi Kamulan means the origin of the universe. This lontar belongs to the Tattwa lontar group, which contains philosophical teachings. Specifically, this lontar contains the creation of the universe from Saivite perspective. Initially, there were only Bhatara and Bhatari forms (Shiva and his consort, namely Uma or Parvati) which were the two sources of initial strength. From the union between Bhatara and Bhatari, the gods, Panca Rsi, and Sapta Rsi and so on were created who were the first beings. Then, the world was created. It is also said that Ganga was created from sweat, and the ocean was created from salt that came out of the body. Then, God created the natural elements and heavenly bodies.

After that, it is said that Bhatari Uma changed her form as Durga. From the hair on her body, Kala is created which is the source of evil in the world. With the power of her yoga, Goddess Durga created all the contents of the ocean. Lord Shiva then came down to earth as Bhatara Kala (Bhairawa) because he was attracted by the power of Bhatari Durga's vision. With the power of his yoga, Bhatara Kala Bhairawa created Kala. Humans are the food of Bhatara Kala. Humans that are eaten are those who are born in Wuku Carik (Wayang week in 30-week Balinese calendar system), those who are born male-female twins, those with five siblings, the only children in a family, and so on.

Bhatara Kala then came down to the world to make a place of worship. Likewise Brahma, Wisnu and Iswara were ordered to descend into the world. Brahma became Brahmana, Vishnu as Bhujangga and Iswara as Rsi. Brahmin, Bhujangga and Rsi were given the task by Bhatara Kala to offer offerings to himself and Bhatari Durga and to treat ten kinds of defilements in humans. That was the beginning of humans worshiping God. Bhatara Kala and Bhatari Durga no longer eat humans. It seems that the terrible thing returns to its original state as Guru and Uma, back to the Shiva realm.

Analyzed from the language, Purwabhumi Kamulan was written in the Middle Ages, because starting from the Middle Ages there was a division of the Brahmana, Bhujangga and Rishi priests. According to the theory of literary analysis, this Purwabhumi Kamulan lontar seems to be a form of literary work made to serve as a religious basis and reference in the classification of priests in medieval Bali. This classification is not found in literary works or inscriptions before the Middle Ages, or before the conquest by Majapahit.Ages, or before the conquest by Majapahit.)

 • Sesuluh Saking Katuturan Satua Sang Kadru + (Someone who likes to read or listen to parSomeone who likes to read or listen to parwa stories, must already know the story of Sang Kadru and Sang Winata, which were taken from the traditional Adiparwa texts. Both of them are the wives of Bhagavan Kasyapa. Sang Kadru is the mother of the dragons, Sang Winata is the mother of the Garuda.

When playing at Mount Mandara in the middle of Segara Lawana, the main water of life and many other gifts come out, one of which is the main horse named Ucchaisrawa. Sang Kadru tells Sang Winata that there is a horse coming out of the mountain, the horse's body is white, and the tail is black. Sang Winata answered that the news was wrong, in fact the horse was completely white. The two of them pitted their strength against one another and no one dared to admit that they were wrong. Long story short, in the end Sang Kadru and Sang Winata bet against each other, and agreed that whoever loses becomes the slave of the winner.

With the bet agreed upon, the next day the horses were sought out to prove who was wrong. Sang Kadru conveyed the bet to her son who was a dragon. The dragon announced that the mother would lose, because the color of the horse was completely white. Sang Kadru was confused, and then ordered her son to spray poison into the horse's tail, so that the horse's tail would become black. The son did not comply with his mother's demand, but Sang Kadru insisted by dropping a curse on her son. So the dragon ended up having to carry out the wishes of his mother, and in the end, Sang Kadru did not serve Sang Winata, but instead, Sang Winata and Sang Garuda served Sang Kadru and the dragons.

Surely Sang Kadru won in this story, because she could deceived. News can be exchanged at will, no different from exchanging one kind of rice cake for another kind of rice cake. From this story, Sang Kadru, as a woman and mother, is very adamant about the news that is received on the street, even though it the news may be wrong. She even forces her son to keep up the charade so that she will not to be defeated, even if it means defeated by truth.

This means that when news is heard from the words of a crowd, it will be added and subtracted to, and over time it may become truth, and efforts may be made to prove the wrong thing right, and then the wrong news will be fostered by people who already believe it. Things that are crooked can be straightened out but in the present era of globalization, the world is mingling without end, supported by the development of technology, information and communication which makes it easy for people to get news from abroad, but it is not always 100 percent true. This is wrong news or disinformation in cyberspace.

In the modern era, pious women are especially no longer bounded by dogma which talks about the benefits, work and appearance of women in every life which are always subordinate to men. Currently there are many women who have higher levels of education, and this education should help people with the ability to filter the news. In the future, it is very important for mothers and women to have more knowledge than Sang Kadru, so that they don't get wrong news, or try to justify themselves by sticking to wrong news. If you already have a good mother and clearly know the diference between right and wrong news, her family will not fail.

In short, if due to research, we find news to be wrong, let's accept it and find a good the truth, so as not to maintain the wrong news which can cause more problems in the future. She was very old and lived by herself in a small hut. She scavenged firewood in the woods. She diligently scavenged firewood and returned home on evening and sold them on the next day. She could only sell the firewood once in two days. Although that, she had her meals cooked for herself, sometimes she had leftovers because she did not eat so much. Ni Daha Tua had a neighbor, named Pan Rendah. Because he as so many children, Pan Rendah scavenged firewood along with Ni Daha Tua every day. Since he was a healthy man and younger than Ni Daha Tua, he could scavenge more firewood home and sold it every day. Although that, because he fed many mouth, he often left with not enough meal. Ni Daha Tua came to envy Pan Rendah, because he could carry more firewood and sold it every day.
In the evening, Ni Daha Tua returned from scavenging firewood and sat down on her balcony as she muttered, “The God is unfair upon giving us blessing. Pan Rendah could sell firewood more and gain more money, while I can only sell it once in two days and gain less money than him. I wish if I was a young healthy man, it would be great.” As she was done muttereing by herself, a woman came to her and told Ni Daha Tua, “Miss Daha Tua, do not you mutter by yourself, saying the God gave unequal blessing, while everyone is as equal as other before the God. If you want to be a young healthy man, then it shall be granted.” that’s what that elderly woman said, and vanished. By the time it is granted, Miss Daha Tua became a young fine gentleman, then he was very happy. Since he is now a healthy young man, it meant he was able to bring firewood back, and sold it almost daily, until he had enough money, then he proposed a woman as wife.
Long story short, he was getting married, he had so many children, until it became too difficult to raises them, as the money from selling firewood were not enough to feed them all.
When he was going to sell firewood at market, and made money on it, he then left. There he stared onto the merchant which sold many things. His envious thought grew, and he went back home. Upon arrival, he again was grumbling with himself. “Sigh, God is unfair upon giving us blessing. The merchant, as a woman, sells things and gets so much money. I am alone carrying firewood until I hurt my neck. If I become a merchant, it would be great.” He grumbled to himself. Again, the old woman from before came and said, “In the past I told to not muttering something so ungrateful, talking that God is unfair, now you said something so ungrateful again. If I am an Arch Bishop, I will be happy with so much money and so many followers.” As she finished murmuring, the old woman from before appeared. “Very Well, merchant, your wish shall be granted.” Said the old woman, and then she vanished like before. At that exact time, the merchant was appointed on palace, given name of The Arch Bishop, bestowed many loyal followers. As he became The Arch Bishop, yet he still felt not satisfied, because there was still someone above him. And there, he made another wish to The God to become a king, and had his wish granted. At the same time The King felt ill, and died. Later The Arch Bishop took the throne and became The King. As he took the throne, he still felt envious, because he is not the only king on the land. Moreover, in other literatures such as Negarakertagama script, that story also told us about the effort of King Hayam Wuruk in unifying Bumi Nusantara (Indonesia) with the dharma base and kind purpose. Furthermore, if we re-read the historical books of Indonesia, the warriors prepared themselves with weapon of knowledge and sharp bamboo to prevent Indonesia from invaders attack. But, nowadays the act of human being is unreasonable since when Indonesia has established, there are demand of people to build a new kingdom and claim themselves as a smart and authoritative person.
About a week ago, there was a news that stagger enough in TV about a person that thought they held the authority and established a new kingdom. Nowadays, Toto Santoso and Fanni Aminadia has been jailed with Section 378 Penal Code about Deception and Law 14 No 1 in 1946 about Criminal Law.
Regarding this unnatural behavior of establishing Keraton Agung Sejagat is not a new thing and only happen in Purworejo. He rested by the lake, hoping an animal would come to drink there. When the sun had set, Lubdhaka wanted to stay overnight around the lake. Due to fear of wild animals, he then climbed a bilwa tree (a bael tree, different from maja tree) on the bank of the lake. When midnight approached, Lubdhaka got sleepy. Because he was afraid of falling from the top of the tree, he picked the bael leaves one by one to relieve his sleepiness.

Lubdhaka didn't realize that the bilva leaves that he had picked fell on top of a Shivalinga. • Sumanasantaka + (Kakawin Sumanasantaka is one of the longesKakawin Sumanasantaka is one of the longest kakawin after Bhomantaka, written by Mpu Monaguna during Kediri era. Sumanasantaka means "to die of flowers". This Kakawin is an adaptation of Sanskrit poetry Raghuvamsa, written in the fifth century AD by Kalidasa. Seen from the storyline, Sumanasantaka can be called a prequel to Kakawin Ramayana because it tells the story of the life of Sri Rama's grandparents, namely King Aja and Queen Indumati.

The term Sumanasantaka is not found in Kalidasa's original work, nor is it the original title of Mpu Monaguna's epic kakawin. It is possible that the name Sumanasantaka was given by his successor, but not Mpu Monaguna himself. In this kakawin, which consists of more than one thousand hundred verses, he only wrote two verses in praise of ista devata (his worshipable god) in the first two stanzas and an offering to the king in the last three.

This kakawin may have been written during the reign of King Jayabhaya in the context of a massive project to translate Sanskrit works (mangjawaken byasa mantra). However, the name Jayabhaya is not mentioned in this kakawin. Mpu Monaguna only mentions "someone who becomes his teacher in literature". However, from that person’s alias, it is clear that it is the title of King Jayabhaya which is similar to the name written in his inscriptions.

This Kakawin first tells the story of a retired king named Trinabindu who performed austerities on Mount Gandhamadana. When a human performs austere asceticism, the gods become worried because the position of the gods can be shifted by a human who is successful in his asceticism. Lord Indra then sent an angel named Harini to disturb Trinabindu’s hermitage.

However, Trinabindu knew that Harini was sent by the King of Heaven, Indra, to thwart his austerity. Trinabindu then cursed Harini to be born as a human. Harini begged Trinabindu to remove the curse because she had a husband in heaven. However, Trinabindu assured her that her husband would also be born as a great knight named Aja from Suryawamsa dynasty.

Harini was then born into a human in the Widarbha kingdom. She was given the name Indumati. Her husband was born in Ayodhya as a prince of Aja. When they were teenagers, King Widarbha held a competition for his daughter’s wedding. Aja won the competition and invited Indumati to Ayodhya. They later married and had a son named Dasaratha, who would become Lord Rama's father.

Aja and Indumati have had many adventures, which are discussed in detail in this kakawin. One day, they went to the forest on Mount Gokarna. There, Dewarsi Narada was playing a wina (a type of guitar) musical instrument. There was a Sumanasa flower that fell from the instrument and hit Indumati's chest. Indumati died from being hit by the flower. A brahmana then related that Indumati was cursed by Trinabindu to die by a flower of Sumanasa.

Aja then ended his life in the confluence of the Sarayu and Ganga rivers. Finally they reunited in heaven as a pair of angels. • Kuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsul + (Kuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsul is a semKuttara Kanda Dewa Purana Bangsul is a semi-mythical scripture about the origin of the gods in Bali. The writer and the original year of this narration is unknown, and it has been translated and transliterated many times up to the year 1978 by I Gusti Agung Gede Suhurta. This narration is unique because it describes a special pantheon of gods as different from what is now broadly accepted in Bali as Dewata Nawa Sanga (nine principal gods). It is assumed that this narration originates from centuries prior to the arrival of Majapahit Hindu culture in the 14th century A.D., and its strong influence in the 16th century A.D.
The island of Bali, as the narration mentions, was used to be called the island of Bangsul. The island of Bangsul once emerged from the water (the ocean). This may correspond to the geological formation of the island millions of years ago according to geological and vulcanological data obtained from Batur Global Geopark.
Seeing that the island of Bangsul was unstable due to massive volcanic activities, Lord Pasupati (another manifestation of Siva) sent eleven gods who were apparently his own offspring. Some interpreters such as Puspawati et.al (2018) said that the island of Bangsul was politically unstable at a certain time in the past, yet it was inferred to as being physically unstable and unfit to support life.
Lord Pasupati then meditated to the Almighty God. This narration suggests that Lord Pasupati is not the Almighty God. He might be just a representative of a high god, or a chief god of the pantheon. From his deep meditation, he was bestowed with seven children. The first group were Lord Putrajaya, Lord Gnijaya and Goddess Danu. The second group consisted of six gods: Lord Manik Galang, Lord Manik Gumawang, Lord Tugu and Lord Tumuwuh. They were sent to different parts of Bali and controlled the elements of the nature such as mountains, lakes, beaches, rice fields, and kahyangan tiga temples (the three main temples in every traditional village).
The existences of the gods who control the important ecosystem in Bali finally contribute to the charisma ‘taksu’ of the ecosystem. Spiritually, it is the taksu which has motivated the Balinese society to control and conserve the ecosystem. The local people believe that if the ecosystem controlled the above mentioned gods is disturbed, disasters will come.
In the first chapter, it is explained that the eleven gods were created to stabilize the world’s prosperity. They surround Bali Island and reside in the mounts created from the pieces of Mount Mahameru by their father in the maritime era. In the maritime era Hyang Pasupati cut the peak of Mount Mahameru. Two pieces were brought to Bali and became Mount Agung and Mount Batur. One piece was brought to Lombok Island and became Mount Rinjani. The smaller pieces of Mount Mahameru fell down all over Bali. One of them fell down in the western part of Bali Island and became Mount Batukaru (Batukau or Watukaru), which is known as the second highest mount in Bali.
In Chapter II, five holy people ‘rsi’ referred to as Panca Pandita are described. They are original perceptors of the Balinese who were told to write and teach religious teachings, spiritual knowledge and social order to the Balinese people.
Then in the third Chapter, there is a narration about creation of six divine gods known as Dewata Sadkṛti. They are responsible for supporting Balinese people’s prosperity by controlling six treasures called Sad Kertih namely Girikṛti (mountains), Wanakṛti (forests), Sagarakṛti (oceans), Ranukṛti (lakes), Swikṛti (rice fields), and Jagakṛti (landmass).
The last chapter narrates about Hyang Pasupati (Bhatara Guru) and his wife, Bhatara Umadewi, and their son, Bhatara Gana, directly went down in the form of Gods of Tri Kahyangan, residing at every traditional village in Bali.
