    Babi Guling or Babi Guling is a kind of food made from female or male piglets whose stomachs are filled with spices and vegetables such as cassava leaves and then roasted while rotating them until cooked, marked by a change in skin color to brown and crispy.

    Babi guling utawi be guling inggih punika soroh ajeng-ajengan san kakaryanin saking babi muani utawi betina san wetengnyan kaisi antuk bumbu miwah sayur-sayuran sekadi daun ketela taru raris kaoreng sambilanga kaanyut kantos mateng.

    Babi guling atau be guling adalah sejenis makanan yang terbuat dari anak babi betina atau jantan yang perutnya diisikan dengan bumbu dan sayuran seperti daun ketela pohon dan lalu dipanggang sambil diputar-putar sampai matang dengan ditandai dengan perubahan warna kulit menjadi kecokelatan dan renyah.
