With this opportunity, I realised how pressing the issues of coral bleaching and unsustainable fishing actually are and am now more determined to be a part of the solution. From this, I will join a coral restoration project in Les Village because no matter how small we contribute, every action makes a difference. We must think about the global implications yet, take action locally.The Balinese open up their island to all of us, foreigners and Indonesians so we can experience the island’s beauty and it is crucial for us to not take this for granted. I realise that a society which hugely depends on tourism has a risk, therefore respecting the customs and traditions in Bali should be a no brainer, as we would hope and expect the same of others if they are visiting our home. As of 25th March 2023, 76 foreigners have been deported fromBali for reasons that range from overstaying visas to committing crimes. Although this is a small percentage compared to the number of tourists, in this digital era, their actions go viral and can harm the image of Bali. While Bali is well-known for its tourism because of its beauty, kindness and approachability, I believe that rules should be enforced in order to maintain the quality of tourism that this island offers.Moreover, during my time here I’ve come to realise that it’s important to diversify and not put all our eggs in the same basket. During the pandemic, tourism was at a standstill which hit the people and local economy dramatically. Therefore, the Balinese have adapted to diversify their work portfolio such as farming, establishing small businesses or fishing. Because they were worried about causing commotion in the village, the boy and girl decided to go into the forest looking for their mother. The sister carried her brother. They met their mother deeply in love with a dragon. They were angry, because they thought that because of the dragon the brother had become like that. He challenged the dragon snake to fight. In the end, the brother who had been transformed into a snake defeated the dragon. But unfortunately their mother also died in the fight. The siblings went up to Bukit Lesung. Arriving there, the brother thought he must enter the bowels of the earth, because he had become a dragon, named Naga Gombang. So as not to upset his sister, he told her to get water with a basket. While his sister was getting water, the brother entered the mountain crater. When his sister returned from getting water, the brother had already disappeared into the bowels of the earth. Actually, this palm-leaf text is a Sanskrit text that is thought to originate from the tenth century. Possibly, this Sanskrit text is also a copy of more authentic Puranas. The Sanskrit text in Wrespati Tattwa consists of 74 verses and each verse is given a translation and commentary in ancient Javanese language. Such system has been common since the reign of King Dharmawangsa in Panjalu. Therefore, this palm-leaf text was probably translated into ancient Javanese around that era.Wrespati (Wrihaspati) was a great rsi who became a teacher of the gods. He is a brahmana who rules Planet Jupiter. Therefore, if Planet Jupiter approaches the moon, Hindus consider it a good day to start learning spiritual knowledge. In Wrespati Tattwa, there is a dialog between Rsi Wrihaspati and Lord Shiva, the ruler of Mount Kailasa. The content of the dialog includes the existence of cosmic consciousness or cetana, and cosmic darkness or acetana.Cetana and acetana cause various types of differences in the universe. Cetana and acetana also cause an increase and deterioration of the mind. Because of increased awareness, humans reach higher planets after death, which is known as swargaloka (heavens). In Bali province, the government has been implementing agricultural development programs through subaks, which are customary communities that manage the traditional irrigation system. However, subaks now face some problems due to low farmers’ income from paddy farming. This paper describes the social capital performance of the subak system and attempts to identify ways to strengthen the social capital for agricultural development. The study selected the subak of Guama as its site because the government implemented a pilot project on agribusiness development in this subak in 2002. Key informants and samples were drawn during the survey and observation for data collection. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods. Results showed that social capital within the subak system consisted of mutual trust, social norms,and social networking. The three elements run simultaneously for the agricultural, irrigation, andagribusiness activities, including ritual ceremonies within the subak system. The social capital in the subak system for agricultural development, particularly rice farming, can be strengthened by: (1) conducting intensive extension and training activities using participatory approaches; (2) providing economic stimulants to encourage farmers to sustain their agribusiness activities; and (3) facilitating partnership activities between the subak and other agribusiness institutions.subak and other agribusiness institutions.)

Through coding analysis, it was found several things that included the adjustment process, namely constraints including shock, conflicts with in-laws, conflicts with husbands, financial problems and having excess roles. The factors that influence self-adjustment include experience, learning process, self-concept, family support and environmental conditions. Then the actions taken to overcome obstacles is building a good coping strategies.
