• THE PAIN OF REFUGEES + (International refugees are refugees who haInternational refugees are refugees who have had to leave their country in order to seek protection after being forced to leave their country. International refugees face many different kinds of problems, from having to leave their country forcibly, to difficulty getting out of their country, to difficulty traveling to the country of refuge, and repressive actions by officials who may try to evict them if they try to reenter their country’s territory. These kinds of suffering can threaten refugees’ security, especially their personal security. Refugees also have the right to life, to seek freedom and security, and to be free from torture, violence, humiliation, and slavery. It has been almost a decade since Law no. 8 of 2016 concerning people with disabilities was stipulated. However, until now the welfare of people with disabilities is still a social problem that must be addressed. Various problems occur ranging from economic factors, the right to education, health insurance, job vacancies, to difficulty accessing information and technology. The majority of people with disabilities in Indonesia are on the poverty line. Because of this, it is difficult for them to get proper education and health services. Lack of facilities is also the biggest obstacle. They have difficulty interacting and adapting to the environment which ultimately leads to discrimination. How can equality be realized if this problem never ends? What is even more unfortunate is the future of people with disabilities. Many of them have greater potential in a field, but cannot develop it because of economic and/or educational obstacles. It is time for the 2024 election, we are all obliged and entitled to choose and determine leaders who are caring and wise. I really hope that the next leaders will have policies and programs that can improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. Such as providing regular social assistance, reducing school fees, providing accessibility for people with disabilities, especially in public places. Providing skills training coupled with providing employment opportunities, so that they are able to compete in the world of work. People with disabilities also have a future and I believe they are no less great than normal people in general. They are absolutely not worth looking down on. Don't just because of a few limitations, their dreams will be broken. I also hope that, in its implementation, the 2024 election will be disability friendly. • Literature Kebijakan Berbasis Sains & Data dalam Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 + (It has been more than a year since the CorIt has been more than a year since the Corona Virus pandemic was recognized in Indonesia, but there are still no signs that the situation will improve. Graphs even show that of the number of cases are still increasing. The community has been continuously asked to implement PSBB, PPKM Darurat, and PPKM Level 4. I personally see that the government needs to implement policies that are more strategic and based on scientific data. Strengthening 3T + 1V (Testing, Tracing, Treatment and Vaccinating) and focusing on first dealing with Covid-19 must be prioritized before discussing other things such as tourism or the economy.

First and foremost, the most important step in handling the pandemic is clearly preventing this virus from spreading further by using 3T methods. Patients who are confirmed positive must receive optimal care, those who have close contact with C-19 positive patients must also be tested immediately and be required to carry out isoman (self-isolation). The government's task here is to ensure that the basic needs of people who practice isoman are met through government subsidies and to control these patients who are isoman so that there are no incidents of people who are supposed to be isoman but instead travel around. In addition to 3T, the government must also distribute and facilitate access to vaccines for the community. The government should run the vaccine program using a system such as the election, which has proven the most recent data and most efficient implementation directly in the banjars. The government must "pick up the ball" so that vaccination targets are quickly met and protect people who should be vaccinated such as the elderly, young children, and patients with congenital diseases.

If it is called an epidemic, then focus must first be on handling the pandemic. The government should allocate tour entertainment budgets and other reserve budgets for handling COVID-19. Compared to implementing the PKB (Bali Arts Festival) with a billion dollar budget, it is better to focus on subsidizing the price of Covid tests and subsidizing the basic needs of isoman patients. The government can also work with local inns that are deserted to become places for isoman people. It is possible for the tourism business to survive as well as for positive patients to find safe and supervised isoman places. The government can also cooperate with those who own food stalls to providing the food that isoman needed. The point is, the government must empower the community to help each other in handling this pandemic.

In reality, Bali is benefited from that fact that it is a small island. If I were the Governor of Bali, I would see the lockdown policy as one of the most effective options for Bali. But before that, the government must ensure the readiness of infrastructure and an adequate number of health workers. The government must also have accurate data and careful planning to be able to project how long this lockdown will be implemented. During the lockdown, the government must aggressively implement 3T + 1V to remote villages. Patients who are proven positive must be immediately required to be isoman and be given subsidies for their basic needs.

It is true that the cooperation of the community and the government is needed in handling the pandemic. However, the government's role is still primary in cases that require making regulations. If the government can make clear and unambiguous rules, the public will be disciplined in implementing health protocols until the spread of the virus can be controlled.the spread of the virus can be controlled.)

Due to fear of wild animals, he then climbed a bilwa tree (a bael tree, different from maja tree) on the bank of the lake. When midnight approached, Lubdhaka got sleepy. • Sumanasantaka + (Kakawin Sumanasantaka is one of the longesKakawin Sumanasantaka is one of the longest kakawin after Bhomantaka, written by Mpu Monaguna during Kediri era. Sumanasantaka means "to die of flowers". This Kakawin is an adaptation of Sanskrit poetry Raghuvamsa, written in the fifth century AD by Kalidasa. Seen from the storyline, Sumanasantaka can be called a prequel to Kakawin Ramayana because it tells the story of the life of Sri Rama's grandparents, namely King Aja and Queen Indumati.

The term Sumanasantaka is not found in Kalidasa's original work, nor is it the original title of Mpu Monaguna's epic kakawin. It is possible that the name Sumanasantaka was given by his successor, but not Mpu Monaguna himself. In this kakawin, which consists of more than one thousand hundred verses, he only wrote two verses in praise of ista devata (his worshipable god) in the first two stanzas and an offering to the king in the last three.

This kakawin may have been written during the reign of King Jayabhaya in the context of a massive project to translate Sanskrit works (mangjawaken byasa mantra). However, the name Jayabhaya is not mentioned in this kakawin. Mpu Monaguna only mentions "someone who becomes his teacher in literature". However, from that person’s alias, it is clear that it is the title of King Jayabhaya which is similar to the name written in his inscriptions.

This Kakawin first tells the story of a retired king named Trinabindu who performed austerities on Mount Gandhamadana. When a human performs austere asceticism, the gods become worried because the position of the gods can be shifted by a human who is successful in his asceticism. Lord Indra then sent an angel named Harini to disturb Trinabindu’s hermitage.

However, Trinabindu knew that Harini was sent by the King of Heaven, Indra, to thwart his austerity. Trinabindu then cursed Harini to be born as a human. Harini begged Trinabindu to remove the curse because she had a husband in heaven. However, Trinabindu assured her that her husband would also be born as a great knight named Aja from Suryawamsa dynasty.

Harini was then born into a human in the Widarbha kingdom. She was given the name Indumati. Her husband was born in Ayodhya as a prince of Aja. When they were teenagers, King Widarbha held a competition for his daughter’s wedding. Aja won the competition and invited Indumati to Ayodhya. They later married and had a son named Dasaratha, who would become Lord Rama's father.

Aja and Indumati have had many adventures, which are discussed in detail in this kakawin. One day, they went to the forest on Mount Gokarna. There, Dewarsi Narada was playing a wina (a type of guitar) musical instrument. There was a Sumanasa flower that fell from the instrument and hit Indumati's chest. Indumati died from being hit by the flower. A brahmana then related that Indumati was cursed by Trinabindu to die by a flower of Sumanasa.

Aja then ended his life in the confluence of the Sarayu and Ganga rivers.
