It also aims to analyse how the culture representation implicates the social interaction among the Bali diasporas with the local people and the transmigrants from other regions. This research using quantitative and qualitative approachs with questionnaire and interview as data collection instruments. The results shows that most of the local Balinese wisdom was still represented in the daily life of the Balinese transmigrant community in Bolaang Mongondow, except that the subak irrigation system and Balinese architecture were felt to be lacking.The interaction between Balinese transmigrants with local people and other transmigrants from other regions is very harmonious. This revitalization was carried out post-conflict between the two ethnic groups in a number of areas. This phenomenon is related to the representation of local wisdom as possessing noble values instilled by the ancestors of the two ethnic groups toward realizing mutualistic communication and interaction. This study was designed using an interpretative-descriptive approach in order to conduct an in-depth analysis of the research focus. This study found innovations relating to the implementation of quotidian ties, specifically through the revitalization of individual and collective consciousness based on quotidian ties, the strengthening of multicultural ties between the two ethnic communities, the valorization of local wisdom involving the participation of different ethnic groups, and the contestation of cultural capital in the implementation of adat and religious practices. The purpose of this study aim to describe the design of character education oriented picture cards media, describe the results of the validation test of character education oriented picture cards media, and find out the effectiveness of the application of character education oriented picture cards media. The model that used in this research development was the ADDIE model. Data was collected by the method of recording documents, questionnaires, interviews, and written tests. The results of the validation test conducted by experts and group of students that subjecting to product trials shows that this picture cards media is valid with detailed results: 100% by subject matter expert, 95.71% by learning design expert, 95.00% by learning media expert, 97.33% by individual subject trials, 97.55% by small group subject trials, and 98.00% by field test subject which is very good qualifications. One of the comics that is quite representative of presenting Indonesia's cultural traditions and local wisdom is Luh Ayu Manik Mas, which contains the Balinese culture. This paper discusses how Luh Ayu Manik Mas has represented the Balinese women through her character as a superhero. The research is carried out using the content analysis method on the four comic editions of Luh Ayu Manik Mas. The results of this study have shown that Luh Ayu Manik Mas was designed to appear to be a manifestation of local identity, such as a source of strength from the Tri Datu bracelet, and the belief in the Tri Hita Karana. This ex-post facto study used path analysis. The population consisted of 163 persons and the sample was drawn using proportional the random sampling technique with the size of 132 persons. The data about all variables were collected using questionnaires on the local wisdom (Tri Hita Karana) values-based school management, school principal’s servant leadership, spiritual quotient, job satisfaction, and teacher’s organizational commitment. The results of the study showed that (1) the contribution of local wisdom (Tri Hita Karana) values-based school management (X1) to organizational commitment (Y) was 42.39 percent. (2) the contribution of school principal servant leadership (X2) to organizational commitment (Y) is 11.64 percent. (3) the contribution of spiritual quotient (X3) to organizational commitment (Y) is 18.21 percent. (4) the contribution of job satisfaction (X4) to organizational commitment (Y) is 13.88 percent. The data was qualitatively analyzed and descriptively presented based on lavender linguistics, which according to William Leap, is a study about the language used by the queer community to communicate. It resulted in 10 lexicons were used by gay people in the level of word, phrase, and abbreviation to exchange information or communicate with the interlocutors.
