To preserve Balinese culture, the Balinese people and government can take advantage of tourist attractions, tourists and technology.

Many guests who visit Bali feel more special if they manage to get exciting moments by watching traditional ceremonies in Bali. Generally, these traditional ceremonies can be witnessed by tourists to simply witness or document them. That is what will make Bali more known, so that the Balinese people will be proud and realize how important it is to preserve Balinese culture.

Not only that, the Balinese government must also pay attention to dance studios so that they are more attractive to the public, especially the Balinese. • Paplajahan Ané Bakatang Tiang Uli Bali + (While people visit Bali for a multitude ofWhile people visit Bali for a multitude of reasons this island is special to me as I have called it home for the last 3 years. Bali has taught me some lessons that I will keep with me in other stages of life.

An important lesson I’ve learned is that every place presents you with an opportunity to grow, you just need the courage to say yes! Bali gives everyone the opportunity to explore the outdoors (either in the mountains or underwater), and this gives everyone the chance to gain a new skill, make new friends or develop a love for the natural world. Recently, I have gotten the courage and determination to say yes to become a certified Open Water Diver.
This experience has been incredibly rewarding, as I pushed myself out of my comfort zone, my friendships grew with those I trained with and my eyes were opened to the beauty of the underwater world. With this opportunity, I realised how pressing the issues of coral bleaching and unsustainable fishing actually are and am now more determined to be a part of the solution. From this, I will join a coral restoration project in Les Village because no matter how small we contribute, every action makes a difference. We must think about the global implications yet, take action locally.

The Balinese open up their island to all of us, foreigners and Indonesians so we can experience the island’s beauty and it is crucial for us to not take this for granted. I realise that a society which hugely depends on tourism has a risk, therefore respecting the customs and traditions in Bali should be a no brainer, as we would hope and expect the same of others if they are visiting our home. As of 25th March 2023, 76 foreigners have been deported from

Bali for reasons that range from overstaying visas to committing crimes. Although this is a small percentage compared to the number of tourists, in this digital era, their actions go viral and can harm the image of Bali. While Bali is well-known for its tourism because of its beauty, kindness and approachability, I believe that rules should be enforced in order to maintain the quality of tourism that this island offers.

Moreover, during my time here I’ve come to realise that it’s important to diversify and not put all our eggs in the same basket. During the pandemic, tourism was at a standstill which hit the people and local economy dramatically. Therefore, the Balinese have adapted to diversify their work portfolio such as farming, establishing small businesses or fishing. This lesson will carry on with me in the future, because it has shown me that trying different opportunities will help us to continue growing and adapting to an ever changing world.

I will continue to learn more lessons in Bali and am grateful for all the opportunities and experiences that I’ve gotten alongside the lessons that have come with it.ngside the lessons that have come with it.)

 • Literature Menuang Isi Hati di BASAbali Wiki + (Who doesn’t know BASAbali Wiki? This websiWho doesn’t know BASAbali Wiki? This website contains information about Bali. Maybe if students have any Balinese language assignment, they can open the BASAbali Wiki site. From dictionaries, word games, to articles—they are here. This website also often holds Balinese language competitions called Wikithons. A Wikithon stands for wiki marathon. It is a place to argue about public issues, and to talk about the most appropriate solution to the problems of society in the world. Communities can argue, improve their proficiency in Balinese, and can also get money if they win. Most importantly, all opinions regarding public issues can be submitted here and heard by the government.

The purpose of the BASAbali Wiki Website is indeed very good. But we need to think about it together, is it only when there is a wikithon, can people have an opinion? Then if the topic or issue of Withton is not felt by the community, how can the community have an opinion? So, if BASAbali Wiki really wants to become a platform where people can think about what’s around them, and can convey their feelings to the government, the BASAbali Wiki website should make a feature “Ngiring Masuara” or in Indonesian it’s called “Let’s Talk”. If you click on the “Ngiring Masuara” button, people can write their feelings about everything around them, what public issues will be resolved, and everything that will be conveyed to the government. Not only writing, but there you can also fill in photos, videos, locations, and the name of the service to be addressed.

For example, if there is a puddle or a broken road, it can cause harm to passers-by, especially at night. People who see this can write in the “Ngiring Masuara” feature. There, the public can complain to the Public Works Department and complete it with photos of the damaged roads. Then the BASAbali Wiki team would be in charge of making sure that the people’s writings on this topic can reach the correct officers.

There are several problems that are often encountered on the road, but we don’t know where to complain. In the end, people sneer at the government on social media. That is also useless. The government will not moved to help. However, if there is already a BASAbali Wiki website, hopefully the voices of the people can reach the government. That is my opinion. Hopefully, BASAbali Wiki can spark people’s enthusiasm to pay attention to the environment and public issues. I hope BASAbali Wiki can connect to the government about people’s feelings and opinions. In the end, the community and the government can jointly hold on to each other to make Bali more advanced.
The fruit of the durian tree rolls down and is sold at the market for ten thousand rupiah. • Sustainable Balinese Culture with TikTok + (Who doesn’t know TikTok today? This short Who doesn’t know TikTok today? This short video platform is now gaining popularity in Indonesia, used by people of all levels. Bali as the world’s tourist destination is also inevitably influenced by the popularity of this app. Many Balinese are actively creating content on TikTok. Some create ‘a day in my life’ contents, dance covers, cinematic video, musics, or just scrolling and sharing videos or links to others. Seen from the technological perspective, the contents in TikTok is very helpful in spreading information and entertainment. However, have you ever wondered if TikTok would gradually diminish the local culture and tradition in Bali? We know that Bali has a lot of culture and traditions that need to be preserved. Gradually, however, many Balinese people no longer are concerned with or learn about their own culture. For example, today’s younger generation prefer following TikTok’s dance trends to learning Balinese dance. If continued, it will influence the existence of Balinese culture because Bali is well-known for its unique culture, not for TikTok trends. It is important, therefore, for us Balinese to always remember to preserve our culture that has been flourishing since olden times. It’s okay if people want to follow TikTok trends, but it would be better if we Balinese join by setting new trends on it with our own Balinese cultural touches. For instance, we can show how Balinese dance is performed, how Balinese music is played, how Balinese make-up is done, and other cultural contents. Let’s preserve Balinese arts and culture on digital platforms such as TikTok so that everyone in world knows more about the beauty and uniqueness of our Balinese culture by adapting to the current developments.e by adapting to the current developments.)

This is an illustration that it is underestimated in the process of making a book. Unfortunately books like this are used in schools. How can students absorb the lessons? How to awaken students' interest in studying Balinese script? The government, especially the Praja Dinas, which oversees this field, should do research and investigate the existence of textbooks circulating in schools. Don't be blind, it's your duty. Teachers should also carry out a Student Textbook Review so that the books used are truly in accordance with the abilities of students. Don't make a book just to make profit. With its interest in the representations of women, the book makes a valuable contribution to gender studies in Indonesia, the more so since it is focused heavily on the contemporary period. This is what drives many foreign tourists to come to Bali. Even though Bali is a tourist destination, this is not the main topic of discussion, but there are problems that have a significant impact on Bali. As we know, this so-called era of destruction, if we talk about the problems in Bali, will cause Bali to collapse. Unfortunately, the problems in Bali have not received treatment that is useful for the island of Bali.

Happy guests, if you look at life now it is certainly different from previous life, especially with the problems, the most important problem is related to the environment and land of the island of Bali which has been built up and used as a tourist attraction, this is what will make the island of Bali In terms of land and environment, it will become increasingly narrow, if all the land and environment in Bali is made into a tourist attraction, where will we (humans), animals and others live and live our daily lives? Talking about the land environment that has been converted into a tourist spot, of course there are many daily activities carried out to produce plastic waste for society, this is what will become Bali's next problem. The existence of rubbish in Bali is very sad and gets very little attention, this is what creates big dangers, for example: floods, dengue fever and others. Moreover, as has recently been reported, the rubbish bins or Suwung landfills in Bali are very full and cause fires, giving rise to smoke pollution which causes disease. Are we all willing to live and do activities in dirty places? Of course, many of you are reluctant to live in a dirty place.

Happy attendees, if I conclude it is related to the problems in Bali, so that Balinese leaders can provide solutions related to problems: the transfer of land or the environment to become tourist attractions and the rampant waste which has not received special attention from the government. If there is no road infrastructure or the roads are in disrepair, what else is there to earn a living nowadays? How do I take merchandise abroad? In this millennial era and era of globalization, road infrastructure is very necessary in today's life. Many people today earn a living on the streets, some become Ojols, some become traders and others; Candidates for leadership in 2024 should be able to see the condition of their people in villages and cities, so that they do not create social inequality. So that the roads in villages and cities are the same, so that the materials are good and can last a long time and people can earn a living on smooth roads. And for the 2024 Leader Candidates to be honest about the road and development assistance, so that it doesn't happen that the funds are disbursed but the roads and construction are not completed, let alone non-existent? Don't prospective leaders feel sorry when they see their people earning a living through damaged roads? On a rocking bridge to pass east to west over rivers and seas? there are also those who cannot leave the village because the roads are damaged but in the city the roads are good. There are sacred types of wood that can only be used to build holy places and may not be used for ordinary building materials.

The story in this lontar begins with a king named Pratipa who ruled in the land of Janantaka. The king had five ministers namely Matwa, Rangga, Tumenggung, Arya and Kadeyan. In addition, he had five other officials, namely Punggawa, Manca, Perbekel, Pecalang, Kelihan Banjar, and Kasinoman. • Strategi Membangkitkan Perekonomian Di Bali + (As for the aspirations that I want to pourAs for the aspirations that I want to pour out to revive the economy in Bali, the points are as follows:

There is control of the epidemic itself. The main thing that must be done is to reduce cases of transmission of the Covid-19 virus in Bali through the acceleration of the Covid-19 vaccination program. We can make this the main fortress in the face of the COVID-19 outbreak in Bali.

Then the next step is to tighten the procedures (3M) on the island of the gods by involving all elements of society and foreign tourists who will vacation in Bali to participate together in complying with the program. This is done to restore the world's trust in the island of Bali through the discipline of health care, and the addition of health facilities so that they are adequate and suitable for use, such as the construction of self-quarantine rooms, providing Thermal Detectors or rapid tests and ensuring the safety and comfort of tourism, because good Health Tourism actually can increase the interest of tourists to vacation in Bali. Not only in terms of progress: the island of Bali must also optimize all existing fields to participate in supporting the economy, so that this strategy does not only come from the tourism sector but through optimizing all existing sectors, such as the Agriculture Plantation Sector, the Village-Based Digital Empowerment Sector. Customs, Endek and Songket SME Centers, Creative Economy SMEs and others. Through the cooperation of all economic actors, we can slowly revive the economy in Bali.

The next step is through the development of the Essential Business Travel Corridor (TCA), the collaboration carried out with several countries for the purposes of Essential Business, Diplomatic and Service which has been initiated by the government.

Of all the points above, one point that is no less important is to build a positive image to foreign countries towards tourism in Bali, so that tourists are more interested in vacationing in Bali. This can be done by improving the hospitality sector (through HR training), improve facilities, make tourist attractions more attractive, cheaper rates and others to improve the tourism sector in Bali to make it more attractive to tourists.
