Indonesia is a country in which there are many islands, so it is called the country of a thousand islands which causes many religions and cultures. One of them is in Bali which is already well known to foreign countries. In 1945 independent Indonesia, which is now 77 years old. It doesn't feel like this country is getting old, but it doesn't break our spirit to celebrate the independence that has been achieved by all of our heroes. Not forgetting also the basis of our country "Pancasila" which is the basis for us to behave in order to remain good and peaceful.  +
"All action begins with thought" Have you all had good thoughts today? Everything we have done, are doing, and will do all starts with the mind. Good thoughts will bring good things, and bad thoughts will bring bad things. From our thoughts we can create or destroy, leaders in government must be able to always think well because the government does not need to intervene hands or feet in creating or destroying the lives of its people. The government can easily get what it wants only through orders, therefore it is very important isn't it keeping the mind from bad things?  +

Mamunjung is a form of respect and solidarity with the deceased. It realizes by the family visiting their late relative in cemetery, then spend their time having meals together with the dead. The tradition has been practicing since the Hindu-Buddhist period. It is well developed both in Java and Bali. The community practices this activity on certain days, such as Galungan, Kuningan and Pagerwesi day while in Java, they carry out Memunjung during holidays such as Idul Fitri. Balinese Hindu offers Tampelan punjung and Banten punjung to the spirit of ancestors, families or relatives at home or cemetery. In certain days, the visitor brings the deceased’s favorite food to the cemetery then they enjoy the meal together with the dead. Recently, the custom to visit the grave is rarely done by Balinese, especially to those who live in regional areas that do not have strict rules about burial. Some argue that the increasing Balinese’s standard of living as well as technological advancements, contribute to change people mindset about the funeral in the present. Hence, there are only a few areas that are still practicing burial for the dead.  +
If you become a king, should what you wish come true? If so, then anyone wants to be king. what does it mean to be a real king? does greed arise when becoming a king? Greed is one of the diseases of the heart. They always want more, regardless of whether their way is justified by the rules or not. What is important, what is the need for lust fulfilled. Bawi Srenggi really wanted Dewi Sri to destroy everything on earth. Like the example of a manipulative leader, when his wish is not fulfilled, he will use any means to achieve his wish. Of course people will be miserable and self-defeating. If you see the end of all forms of greed, it will not end well.  +

Bali is famous for its tourism. There are already many high schools specifically for tourism. One of the jobs that people are most interested in is working on cruise ships. There are many reasons for someone to work there. the first reason people want to work there is because of the high salary, it cannot be denied that the salary given while working there is very high. This can be a strong reason why many people want to work on cruise ships. The second is that we can travel around the world, if we work there we can travel to various places and get paid. The third is being able to meet strangers and we can socialize there. Well, there are not only good sides that are there, there are also bad sides that make people reluctant to work there, one of which is being far from home and family, many people are reluctant to work on ships. Cruise for this reason, surely everyone doesn't want to be separated from those closest to them. If you want to work wherever you are, as long as you are diligent and diligent, there will definitely be results.  +
Anyone who will lead must provide access for people with disabilities. For example, disability education in Bali;I personally think this does not fulfil the requirements. Only a few campuses in Bali accept disabled students. Many campuses refuse, perhaps because of the difficulty of teaching people with disabilities. I once had an conversation with the chairman of the DPRD (local parliament) and have conveyed the problems, my friends with disabilities encounter. However, until now there has been no follow-up. I asked about the electric vehicle case, but I haven’t received any response. In Bali, attention and care to disabilities are still minimal and not good, especially for blind people. Hopefully the next leader will pay more attention to the problems for the visually impaired people.  +

Theatre, Philosophy Embodied Aside from her academic studies in philosophy Mas Ruscitadewi also studied European theatre or in other words dramaturgy. Her dissertation became some of the tools that shaped many artists. “Aside from European theatre I also studied Balinese dance. It is through both these experiences that I found the meeting point between the two. Within Western training, I found the method. So I use the Western methodology to find the essence that is within our traditional art. That essence is philosophical creativity.”.... You can say that when it comes to performance art, the West is through mind (Rajas) and the East is through the body (Tamas). When you bring this together it becomes spirit. What I like to say is the Yoga in Theatre. Mas Ruscitadewi  +
Om Swastyastu, Let's all pray to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa, because we all can stand here to talk about "Pemilu : Apa masalah yang paling mendesak untuk ditangani para calon pemimpin Bali?", or in English "2024 Election: What are the most pressing issues for Bali's leadership candidates to address". Dear the Listeners, the 2024 Election is approaching, and the Island of the Gods; Bali is tightening the calendar that must be paid attention to by those who will become leaders. Currently a number of bad tourists, foreigners and ofc residents in bali are breaking the rules, even though it is known as a beautiful tourist destination, Bali has rules and sanctions that can still be bad for the environment, Balinese and foreigners. Examples are corruption, land investment by outsiders, tourists who do not respect Balinese culture, there are no proper procedures for disposing of rubbish in Bali, and there are no sanctions for people who violate it. I hope that those of you who will serve as leaders can develop and handle these problems well. Let's all provide a better opportunity for Bali's future.  +
Om Swastiastu Om Awighman Astu The fragrant name of shidam, ladies and gentlemen, and dear brothers and sisters, we say Angayubagia to Sang Hyang Parama Wisesa, Therefore from asung kerta wara nugraha because we will convey information today about the 2024 Election. I invite the public Indonesia to work together to make our election a success, the Election of 24 February 2024. Because the election is not just about changing leadership, but the election is our effort to prevent the people from getting worse. Elections are an opportunity for us to evaluate this government. I will explain what the most pressing problems need to be addressed by potential Balinese leaders. The first problem that was considered very urgent to be resolved was controlling the prices of basic necessities, which was chosen by 36.9% of the total respondents. Controlling the prices of basic necessities is the most prominent problem according to residents. Then there are the issues of unemployment, poverty and eradicating corruption, wrote Political Indicators in its report. The respondents involved were all Indonesian citizens who had the right to vote in general elections, namely those who were 17 years of age or older, or were married when the survey was conducted. Sampling used the multistage random sampling method. So I can conclude that we should choose a leader who is firm, honest and responsible for the island of Bali. Thank you, hopefully we will all be given guidance and wisdom in choosing the right leader. Our tribute to Bali, the island we love Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti Om  +
In Burdendem Village, Burdendem District, Karangasem Regency, Bali there is a routine tradition every two years. This tradition is called the matigtig tradition. This unique tradition is often the main attraction for tourists when they want to visit Bebandem Village. The tradition of mating comes from the basic Balinese word tigtig, which means hitting consecutively and repeatedly. This tradition is carried out by several men in pairs. Generally, these men will be dressed in traditional clothes but bare-chested, then they will hit each other on the back with papah biu (banana stem) as a weapon. The matigtig tradition is carried out spontaneously. The point is that the men who follow this tradition are free to choose their respective opponents during the metigtig procession. Nevertheless, they did not seem to harbor anger even though they were hit by a banana leaf. It is believed that this tradition is carried out as an effort to find natural balance and ward off gerubug (an epidemic) that attacks the people of Uangdem Village. Apart from that, the Matigtig tradition is a representation of chivalrous qualities. This means that the residents of Jenisdem, as supporters of Ida Bhatara Alit, show their warrior identity to protect the village of Banyakem from danger.  +
