In Penglumbaran Village, Susut District, Bangli there is a unique ceremony called the Tipat War, or Masentungan. This tradition is similar to the tipat warfare on ships, but it does not use tipat pillows. Masentungan is an expression of public gratitude for the bountiful harvest. Not only that, Masentungan means uniting village communities in an agrarian culture that is full of traditions.

Di Desa Penglumbaran, Kecamatan Susut, Bangli ada upacara unik yang disebut Perang Tipat, atau Masentungan. Tradisi ini mirip dengan perang tipat yang ada di Kapal, namun tidak menggunakan tipat bantal. Masentungan adalah sebuah ungkapan rasa syukur masyarakat atas panen yang melimpah. Tak hanya itu, Masentungan bermakna menyatukan masyarakat desa dalam budaya agraris yang sarat tradisi.
