Carrying out waste bank activities with the 3R concept, aimed at educating and inviting the traditional village government and the department in Bugbug village, to manage inorganic waste, as an available human resource asset to protect the environment, and improve the old paradigm that has been using the gathering system, transport, and dispose of, which results in the accumulation of waste in the TPA.
Why does the innovation or project matter?
The background for implementing this initiative is seeing the potential for waste that is dumped on the banks of rivers, on roads, and even on beaches that have not been managed properly. Our target actually wants to invite the community to be able to manage the waste they produce independently, which is to start sorting waste from the source, providing 3 sorting bins in each house, and disposing of waste in types of waste such as organic, inorganic and residue, so that it is faster. and easy to take to the waste bank. For the kitchen, the trash can from kitchen waste and plastic, so that the resulting waste will be processed faster in TPST/TPS3R

when people who have authority such as village heads consistently participate in moving their villagers by strengthening binding rules or pararem, besides that the village head and his apparatus must set as an example, Because changing habits is rather difficult, what else is the village government that has been using the collection and disposal system. And many more people's reasons, such as complicated, lazy, because of habits that have been entrenched
