- offering food offering that may also be used as food for special occasions, such as at a mebat or other ceremony. Normally only eaten by special guests and those of high status or caste. Consists of a low cylinder of steamed rice placed on a round base with raised rim made of coconut leaf (tamasan). A fried egg is placed on the rice and yellow shreded coconut (sesaur) on top of the egg.
