Ngentukin

  • obstruct: block path, hinder, hamper, partly close, obstruct partially. Note: road is not blocked
  • person is blocked, even if he is in the car. It means that there is a car blocking the road. The obstruction itself is the subject of the sentence.

The car is blocked. This verb implies that the passage is still open, but is difficult because it is partly obestructed. It may mean that passage is obstructed for some means of access, but not others (e.g. accessible by motorebike, but not by automobile).
