              Description

              In English

If you are a connoisseur of chicken skin, chicken intestines and various parts of chicken, this food is a must try if you visit Karangasem. Sate Serapah is different from satay in general, generally satay is made with chicken or beef, but this dish does not use meat. Sate Serapah is made using chicken skin, intestines, gizzard and chicken liver. The seasoning used in this satay is also different from other satays, most satays generally use peanut or soy sauce. Sate Serapah uses Karangasem special spices that cannot be found in other areas. In addition to using chicken parts, pork and beef may also be added to this satay. Sate Serapah will be very delicious if enjoyed while still warm, if enjoyed cold the taste of the food and seasonings will not be as nice.
