That said, the naming arose as a result of the manufacturing process which took a long time because the salted fish had to be fried in flour until it was crispy. Sudang Lepet is a typical food from Buleleng which is usually served with urap rice or mixed rice. Because it is made from special marine fish, it's no wonder that many want to taste this food. In addition to the affordable price, the sensation you get after eating this is also very distinctive and tastier than fried chicken. If you want to taste Sudang Lepet, you don't need to have trouble finding a place to sell it. This food is widely found in Buleleng especially in Sangsit Village which is the center of the production of this dish.
