                Sate Languan which is made from sea fish, usually tuna, but can also be mackerel. This dish is shaped like a satay lilit, where the fish meat is mashed with various special spices and then attached to around a bamboo skewer. The taste of this satay is very savory and very rich in the taste of the spices. This satay dish is also suitable to be eaten with rice or other complements. It is very easy to find in Klungkung, both at street vendors and in stalls or restaurants.

                Salah satu sajian yang tak boleh terlewat adalah Sate Languan yang terbuat dari bahan dasar ikan laut, biasanya tuna, tongkol tapi juga bisa dengan tenggiri. Kuliner ini memiliki bentuk seperti sate lilit, di mana daging ikannya dihaluskan dengan berbagai bumbu-bumbu khas dan kemudian dilekatkan pada lidi. Rasa sate ini sangat gurih dan sangat kaya akan rasa dari rempah-rempahnya. Sate ini juga sangat mudah ditemui di Klungkung, baik pada penjual kaki lima maupun di warung ataupun resto. Sajian sate ini juga cocok untuk dimakan bersama nasi ataupun pelengkap lainnya.
