Buru is a contemporary dance work by artists Dewa Ayu Eka Putri and I Putu Tangkas Adi Hiranmayena, both of whom created an experimental duo team known as ghOstMiSt. Buru is one of their works in 2021, this work is inspired by the novel of the legendary Indonesian writer Pramoedya Ananta Toer in the Tetralogy Pulau Buru. Although in this dance work the focus is more on feelings of isolation, the ability to fight and survive the feelings of anxiety, fear and death, when political prisoners are exiled on Buru Island.

Buru adalah karya tari kontemporer dari seniman Dewa Ayu Eka Putri dan I Putu Tangkas Adi Hiranmayena, keduanya membuat sebuah team duo experimental yang dikenal dengan nama ghOstMiSt. Buru adalah salah satu karya mereka di tahun 2021, karya ini terinspirasi dari novel seorang penulis legendaris Indonesia Pramoedya Ananta Toer dalam Tetralogi Pulau Buru. Meski dalam karya tari ini lebih menyorot mengenai perasaan terisolasi, terasing, kemampuan untuk melawan dan bertahan dari perburuan perasaan cemas, takut dan kematian, ketika para tahanan politik dibuang di Pulau Buru.
