- Spice consisting of seeds of the fenugreek plant, used in spice mixtures and also as a boreh. The yellow-hued seeds have a strong, curry-like odor and are small - about 3 or 4 mm. in diameter - with a deep groove that divides the seed into a larger and smaller part. Klabet is uncommon in Balinese cooking but used in Java to make gule curry (Noun)
