                Balinese pork satay is one of the traditional Balinese dishes that you can't miss.

                Processed with Balinese spices, pork satay is never separated from the main food of the Balinese, especially during religious ceremonies. The way to process pork satay is quite simple if we know the types of spices that we used. Some of them are ginger, garlic, chili, bay leaf, lemongrass, lime leaves, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar cane.

                Pork satay is processed by marinating pork with Balinese spices. Then it is burned and served with tomato sauce or chunks of chili and salt.

                Sate babi khas Bali adalah salah satu masakan tradisional Bali yang tidak boleh terlewatkan.

                Diolah dengan rempah-rempah khas Bali, sate babi tidak pernah terlepas dari makanan utama orang Bali khususnya saat pelaksanaan upacara keagamaan. Cara mengolah sate babi ini cukup sederhana jika kita mengetahui jenis rempah-rempah yang digunakan. Beberapa diantaranya adalah jahe, bawang putih, cabe, daun salam, sereh, daun jeruk purut, garam, merica, kecap dan tebu.

                Sate babi diolah dengan merendam daging babi dengan bumbu khas Bali. Lalu dibakar dan disajikan dengan sambal tomat atau potongan cabai dan garam.
