                Jukut Ares is one of the traditional Balinese food.

                Jukut Ares is a vegetable that comes from a banana tree trunk. The term "Jukut Ares" actually comes from two words "jukut " which means vegetable and "ares" which means banana tree trunk. It is pretty easy to make jukut ares.

                Prepare the seasonings such as onion, garlic, chili, Daun Salam, shrimp paste, turmeric, ginger and kencur. Then boil the jukut ares that have been sliced along with the chopped spices. It will be more delicious when cooked in chicken or pork broth.

                Jukut ares inggih punika silih tunggil ajeng-ajengan tradisional khas Bali. Jukut ares inggih punika jukut sane mawit saking gedebong pisang. Aran jukut ares mawit saking kalih kruna inggih punika jukut tegesnyane sayuran yening ring bahasa Indonensia, miwah ares tegesnyane gedebong pisang. Tata cara makarya dangan pisan. Sayagayang basa rajang minakadi bawang, kesuna, tabia, daun salam, sera, kunyit, jahe miwah cekuh. Wusan punika lablab jukut ares sane sampun kairis makamiwah basa rajang. Pinih enak yening kapumpunang ring tengahing kaldu ayam utawi bawi.

                Jukut ares adalah salah satu makanan tradisional khas Bali.

                Jukut ares adalah sayuran yang berasal dari batang pohon pisang. Istilah "jukut ares" sebenarnya berasal dari dua kata yaitu "jukut" yang berarti sayuran dan "ares" yang berarti batang pohon pisang.

                Cara membuatnya cukup mudah. Siapkan bumbu rajang seperti bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe, daun salam, terasi, kunyit, jahe dan kencur. Lalu rebus jukut ares yang sudah diiris beserta bumbu rajang. Akan lebih nikmat bila dimasak di dalam kaldu daging ayam atau babi.
