Therefore, the tourism sector needs to be treated specially and carefully so that the life of this sector can be maintained and run smoothly. However, lately we can find a lot of foreign guests who come to Bali, they behave arbitrarily and do not seem to respect the laws in Bali. This is certainly a negative signal regarding the quality of tourism in Bali that not only radiates in Bali, but certainly outside Bali. This signal can certainly then have a major effect on the image of Bali tourism which shows the wider world how the quality of tourism in Bali today.

So, what are the steps that might be taken to restore the image and quality of tourism in Bali related to this phenomenon? In my opinion, there are two perspectives that we need to understand and do to overcome the above phenomenon. First, we look at it using an inside perspective that we must admit that migrants or visitors will imitate how their hosts behave. So, this perspective leads to us as hosts to be able to set a good example and be a role model for those who come to Bali to travel or to stay. The second perspective is to look from the outside. In this perspective, it is the government that then has the responsibility of making the right regulations to filter tourists who will enter Indonesia. There must be concrete regulations that can require tourists who can enter Indonesia who may be selected regarding their quality. These two things then are not easy, but will be beautiful in the future if we slowly succeed in doing so. And again, how we are able to maintain it, then causally, it will also be able to support us which in this case is the tourism sector in Bali.n this case is the tourism sector in Bali.)

But, there is no sign that the world is getting any better. What can be seen on the news is that this virus is getting more and more powerful with more types of mutations. The government has tried to reduce the number of casualties during the pandemic.
Restrictions on community activities, vaccinations, and other policies should be considered to reduce the spread of the corona virus. It is clear that the tourism sector has been the hardest hit by the Corona virus. Because tourists cannot enter the country, the security of people whose daily lives rely on the tourism sector have been become fragile. Airports were closed, hotel were quiet, employees were laid off, shops at attractions were closed with not shoppers.
If we want to recover from this bad condition, it is not only the government's job, but all of our jobs in both big and small way to restore Bali. There are two ways, inwardly and outwardly, to fight the pandemic.
We must make our own bodies become stable, healthy and able to fight disease and viruses. The first and most important step is to eat nutritious foods including fruits, vegetables and multi-vitamins to support a healthy body. Exercising regularly is also important to staying healthy. Especially in difficult times like now, just being able to eat is gratifying. We can try to encourage ourselves to do even more. For example, take a look at your yard. Maybe there is room to grow vegetables such as spinach, moringa, chili and others. If you don't have a large yard, there is vertical gardening. I often see videos of people who have succeeded in growing crops without soil. Eating plant products from your own yard is healthier and can save expenses. If we are already physically healthy, our souls also need to be healthy. A healthy mind also makes a calm soul. Working from home allows us to have more time at home. Do not use this free time to listen to fake or untrue news which makes the mind confused. If the mind is chaotic, our soul will not be calm. Instead of watching and spreading news that is not certain, it is best to get back to a hobbies that make the heart happy. Cooking, singing, and making jokes are examples of good hobbies. You can even make videos of cooking, singing, or telling jokes and then upload them to social media. These videos can entertain others and make the mind happy. If you like to cook, you can sell your food and increase your income. Social media can be used as a means of self-development, not a means of poisoning the mind.
Soul and body, both in balance, are things that are essential. Parents, children, grandchildren, uncles or aunts, and grandparents can all become victims of viruses and victims of misleading news. We should be able to protect, provide correct information, and comply with health protocols. If we have more fortune, we can also share it with others highlighted by many movements dedicated for caring for others. For example, people in need can take free groceries, and those who have more can refill their groceries. That is how we will rise from this pandemic inside and out.ll rise from this pandemic inside and out.)

Bali gives everyone the opportunity to explore the outdoors (either in the mountains or underwater), and this gives everyone the chance to gain a new skill, make new friends or develop a love for the natural world. Recently, I have gotten the courage and determination to say yes to become a certified Open Water Diver.
This experience has been incredibly rewarding, as I pushed myself out of my comfort zone, my friendships grew with those I trained with and my eyes were opened to the beauty of the underwater world. We must think about the global implications yet, take action locally.

The Balinese open up their island to all of us, foreigners and Indonesians so we can experience the island’s beauty and it is crucial for us to not take this for granted. It is a place to argue about public issues, and to talk about the most appropriate solution to the problems of society in the world. Communities can argue, improve their proficiency in Balinese, and can also get money if they win. So, if BASAbali Wiki really wants to become a platform where people can think about what’s around them, and can convey their feelings to the government, the BASAbali Wiki website should make a feature “Ngiring Masuara” or in Indonesian it’s called “Let’s Talk”. If you click on the “Ngiring Masuara” button, people can write their feelings about everything around them, what public issues will be resolved, and everything that will be conveyed to the government. Second, get used to walking if the distance is not too far. This method is simple but difficult to do. Even though walking is healthy, and by walking we are contributing to reducing traffic jams in Bali. I am sure that by taking these 2 actions traffic jams in Bali can be reduced.
However, the Bali Government is expected to improve the comfort and safety of public transportation. I am sure that if public transportation is safe and comfortable, there will be more passengers. Finally, the number of private transportation users will decrease by itself.
This is all I can say, hopefully it is useful for all of us. Sorry if there are wrong words and actions. Unfortunately, the problems in Bali have not received treatment that is useful for the island of Bali.

Happy guests, if you look at life now it is certainly different from previous life, especially with the problems, the most important problem is related to the environment and land of the island of Bali which has been built up and used as a tourist attraction, this is what will make the island of Bali In terms of land and environment, it will become increasingly narrow, if all the land and environment in Bali is made into a tourist attraction, where will we (humans), animals and others live and live our daily lives? Talking about the land environment that has been converted into a tourist spot, of course there are many daily activities carried out to produce plastic waste for society, this is what will become Bali's next problem. The existence of rubbish in Bali is very sad and gets very little attention, this is what creates big dangers, for example: floods, dengue fever and others. Moreover, as has recently been reported, the rubbish bins or Suwung landfills in Bali are very full and cause fires, giving rise to smoke pollution which causes disease. The island of Bali, which has been nicknamed a thousand temples, will lose its sanctity. Apart from Eka Dasa Rudra, Bali will welcome the Maligia Marebu Bumi ceremony which is held once every 1000 years, every last three digits of the Saka year reach 0. However, judging from the current condition of Balinese culture, it is now increasingly dim. Will the Maligia Marebu Bumi ceremony still hold Balinese culture? Because many young people have left Balinese culture, forgetting the Balinese language. Then how. I hope the government can listen to my advice. My suggestion is that the government must infuse Balinese culture to young people, by developing the entertainment industry. Countries like Japan and Korea can maintain their culture because young people watch their own culture. Most young people in Indonesia, especially in Bali watch foreign films and play foreign entertainment with a foreign culture, so that young Balinese have an interest in foreign cultures, and end up having the dream of wanting to live in a foreign country. If the government wants to develop the entertainment industry, then young people will be aware of the culture they have, so they will aspire to develop their own country. In addition to solving internal problems, the entertainment industry is very profitable. With this, Balinese culture will be increasingly recognized by the world and its influence can match Japanese and Korean culture. Then can this be realized? The Entertainment Industry can be anything, such as Movies, Animation, Games, Songs, Etc. Many Balinese HR talents are suitable for this, such as painters who will create 2D graphic designs, City People who are talented with Coding, and Undagi or Sculptors who will create 3D designs. because at this time, it is time for us to modernize our culture so that it can be accepted by our younger generation, even the world by our younger generation, even the world)

According to Setara Institute researchers, one of the trends throughout 2022 is the continued increase in cases of disturbances to places of worship. Then, there are other trends such as violations of freedom of religion and belief. Of the 333 acts of violation of freedom of religion and belief, 94 were mostly committed by residents (quoted from the @voaindonesia upload).
With the cases that occurred, the meaning of harmony faded. It is only spoken in the mouth but cannot be felt in reality. The motto ‘harmony is cool’ is, in my opinion, not quite right, because Basuki Tjahaya Purnama once said “If an official is not corrupt, they do not need to be respected because that is indeed their oath of office.” It’s the same with harmony. We must understand, own and do it to our fellow human beings. From the smallest scale, namely in the family, we must provide education about harmony, as well as at school. This is the most basic foundation in character building. In society, we must also have the courage to be agents of change, setting an example that whatever religion we adhere to (which has been recognized by the Indonesian government) is good. We should not gossip, for example when we are working late at the office to replace a colleague who is having a holiday service. Unity can be shown by no discrimination among friends and being willing to get along with any friends at school and agreeing to help for the religious holidays. Also, we can start simple benevolence by saying ‘sorry’, ‘thank you’ and ‘please’ to anyone.
These things are just small things that we can definitely do. • the application of Tat Twam Asi in everyday life + (As Hindus, we have a strong bond with one As Hindus, we have a strong bond with one another. We are all part of Hyang Widhi who resides in the soul which is called atman. Therefore, it is not appropriate for us to be silent, peaceful, while our brothers are calming down, in trouble, and miserable. As social beings, of course we cannot live alone, we always need help from others. Likewise other people, need help from us. This is in line with one of the basic concepts in Hinduism, namely Tat Twam Asi. This teaching can be implemented in everyday life in the form of caring. Humans in their lives have various kinds of necessities of life that are driven by the desires (kama) of the human being concerned. It is at this time that humans need to recognize and carry out a sense of togetherness or known as gotong royong and mutual help, so that no matter how hard the problems they face, they will feel light. Tat Twam Asi means that 'it is you, you are him'. The word 'that' means Brahman or the Source of all life. While the word 'you' is the Atman or soul that supports all beings. Thus we can interpret that the soul that resides in every human being comes from the same source, namely Brahman or God Himself. The teachings of Tat Twan Asi are the basis of the Hindu Ethics in the effort to achieve moral improvement. Susila is good and noble behavior to foster harmonious and balanced relationships and harmony among people. Cultivating an attitude of tolerance among people can create a harmonious and peaceful life, tolerance, and not hurting the feelings of others. The noble value of Tat Twam Asi in the Javanese philosophy of life is manifested through the attitude of Tepa Slira, which means that we must be able to feel what other people are feeling. Of course we should not hurt other people, if we also do not want to feel the same pain. Tepa slira has the same goal as the values of Tat Twam Asi, namely the creation of harmony and harmony in life. Differences in ethnicity, religion, race, or class, are not a barrier to living together in a peaceful atmosphere, respecting each other, and understanding each other for all the differences that exist.
