If there is no road infrastructure or the roads are in disrepair, what else is there to earn a living nowadays? How do I take merchandise abroad? In this millennial era and era of globalization, road infrastructure is very necessary in today's life. Many people today earn a living on the streets, some become Ojols, some become traders and others; Candidates for leadership in 2024 should be able to see the condition of their people in villages and cities, so that they do not create social inequality. So that the roads in villages and cities are the same, so that the materials are good and can last a long time and people can earn a living on smooth roads. And for the 2024 Leader Candidates to be honest about the road and development assistance, so that it doesn't happen that the funds are disbursed but the roads and construction are not completed, let alone non-existent? Don't prospective leaders feel sorry when they see their people earning a living through damaged roads? On a rocking bridge to pass east to west over rivers and seas? there are also those who cannot leave the village because the roads are damaged but in the city the roads are good. As the next generation, we should not only dare to criticize but also dare to innovate in order to create a collaboration that can revive Bali's tourism as before.

A world that is completely digital, makes us have to strive to be in tune with cultural and technological tourism. Therefore, a solution that can be created is a website called 'Mai Melali' with the use of VR (Virtual Reality) which carries the theme of revitalizing Bali tourism with a digital theme. VR are conceptualized to be enjoyed especially for tourists who have missed Bali since the last time they visited the Island of the Gods. By bringing Bali out, it’s hoped that a sense of longing for Bali will arise which will later make the feeling of wanting to visit Bali more volatile.

Being motivated by the tourism sector alone can be likened to a double-edged sword. • THE PAIN OF REFUGEES + (International refugees are refugees who haInternational refugees are refugees who have had to leave their country in order to seek protection after being forced to leave their country. International refugees face many different kinds of problems, from having to leave their country forcibly, to difficulty getting out of their country, to difficulty traveling to the country of refuge, and repressive actions by officials who may try to evict them if they try to reenter their country’s territory. These kinds of suffering can threaten refugees’ security, especially their personal security. Refugees also have the right to life, to seek freedom and security, and to be free from torture, violence, humiliation, and slavery. These rights of refugees are protected by existing international instruments and legal principles.

In order to be able to get protection for personal security, international refugees may try to find a refugee destination country that is considered safe and be able to provide protection and proper treatment so that then they can continue their life in that country after previously having had to leave their country forcibly. Indonesia is one of the destination countries for international refugees, either only as a transit country, or as a destination country for refugees.

In contrast to other countries that refuse the arrival of international refugees in their country, Indonesia is one of the countries that is open to the arrival of international refugees by not expelling international refugees who come. International refugees who come to Indonesia are directly handled by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) which is mandated by the Indonesian government to handle refugees in Indonesia.

With Indonesia's openness towards refugees, Indonesia can encourage refugees from Ukraine to take refuge in Indonesia. Ukrainian citizens are now facing military aggression carried out by the Russian military against the Ukrainian state. The aggression not only caused the destruction of various buildings, but also caused casualties and created an inconducive atmosphere for Ukrainian citizens to live in. To save their lives, Ukrainian citizens flee their country in search of a safe country that may accept them as refugees. Ukrainian citizens then spread to various countries to seek refugee destinations. With Indonesia's openness to refugees, these refugees can come to Indonesia.

Youth Empathy towards the Suffering of Refugees in Indonesia
Different kinds of suffering experienced by the refugees, including those experienced by refugees from Ukraine, can impact refugees’ lives and their future. It is important to show empathy for the plight of refugees. Youth can help alleviate and even eliminate the suffering experienced by refugees through various efforts that can be carried out individually or collectively.

If international refugees came to my place, I would try to help them through several programs, including productive work programs, language education programs, and cultural learning programs. The productive work program is a coaching program to give refugees skills and expertise, so that refugees can have jobs even though they are in refugee shelters. In the productive work program, we, young people, can help refugees be able to make things to sell to make money.

In addition to the productive work program, another program that we would carry out is the language education program. In the language education program, I and other youths coud help refugees learn Indonesian comprehensively, both in writing or speaking. This language education program is a form of what we can do as youths to help refugees adapt themselves in Indonesia.

The cultural learning program is a program to introduce Indonesia’s local wisdom. In this cultural learning program, refugees can also teach us about various forms of culture and local wisdom that exist in their country, so that they can enrich us through their insights too.

These programs are some of the simplest efforts we can take to help reduce the plight of the refugees. • Bali Perished? A floating reality + (Om swastiastu..... This is a link from my Om swastiastu.....
This is a link from my previous post. Bali is widely known as the island of the gods who keep the phenomenon of culture that is still thick in indonesia. So bali is named as the most beautiful island that must be visited by local or foreign tourists. But that was then but now bali has changed, it is due to the development that is out of control. For example, if we go to Kuta, we do not feel at all in Bali. What is Bali? I don't think that's Bali. There are only a few signs of Bali's return, several periods of Balinese leadership did not give much to the image of a good culture and even tried to change it. From this paper I take the material that I pack in the "narrative of change for bali". The problem of bali tonight is traffic congestion, many street lights are off, Bali tourism is a little down-. And others,. As a result of economic growth is getting lower because of these things, is there a handle? This Sementsra not, because the government is busy politically .
A number of cultures that are almost extinct include, baris kraras, wayang wong, and a number of other sacred cultures. The main factor causing the extinction of the culture is due to the lack of interest in the younger generation to learn and preserve the culture. In addition, also because of the development of the times so that many young people are affected by the progress of the Times and leave a culture that has become a legacy since ancient times. A society has a culture and values that are maintained and passed down from one generation to another. Preserving and developing the nation's culture is an attitude that needs to be developed in addressing diversity. Not only that, cultural preservation is also a positive attitude and activities to fill the independence of Indonesia, friends. To be able to have an attitude of accepting the diversity of ethnic and cultural groups in the community, awareness and openness are needed. Here's how we preserve culture ,

1. Understanding Your Own Culture
Everyone certainly has their own region of origin. Some are from Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Bali, and so forth. Each region in Indonesia certainly has many different cultures from each other.
2. Introducing Culture To Others
If we already understand our own culture, then we can introduce it to others or others. We can teach it to people around us. For example, teach some vocabulary in your local language. Not only that, we can also teach about regional dances, how to play musical instruments, and so on. In addition, we can also learn about the culture of others. That way, the culture of the nation will be more known.
3. Not Influenced By Foreign Culture
Another way that can be done to preserve Indonesian culture is by not being influenced by foreign cultures. Technological advances also make it easier for us to access information from within or outside the country. Unfortunately, this can also be one of the causes of Indonesian culture being increasingly abandoned, friends. The trend quickly entered and was popular in the community. However, let's not let that trend cause us to abandon our own culture.
It is possible to study a foreign culture. However, we must choose a good culture and in accordance with the foreign culture.
My hope is that the handling of problems in the province of Bali in the future can be solved by promoting Balinese local wisdom. The purpose and purpose of generating local wisdom in solving customary problems, civil lawsuit problems, criminal problems that have no impact, family problems and others related to all community problems in Bali is to bring justice, benefit and legal certainty closer to the community, not cause resistance in the community, suppress the speed of the community to court, so that customary justice can run more effectively, quickly & efficiently.n more effectively, quickly & efficiently.)
    • Shelter Houses for Refugees in Indonesia Become a Minimal Risk Management Solution through Emergency Online Command Posts + (Russia began carrying out military aggressRussia began carrying out military aggression against Ukraine on February 24, 2022. According to The Conversation, President Joko Widodo has made a very clear statement that all parties involved must exercise restraint and war should not occur. This attitude shows the principle of Indonesian diplomacy which applies a free and active foreign policy. Still on the same source, according to Law No. 37 of 1999, free and active foreign policy means that Indonesia is free to determine its attitude without being tied to one of the world's political axes and is active in global conflict resolutions that always call for peace between conflicting parties without accusing or taking sides.

According to the theory of Push and Pull Factors, war is one of the factors driving people to flee. Meanwhile, countries that are relatively safe in terms of political conditions, such as Indonesia, have become a strategic destination for refugees. Therefore, Indonesia needs to prepare itself to strengthen refugee governance in order to minimize the risks caused by the increasing number of refugees in Southeast Asia.

In this regard, providing solutions in managing refugees should be problem-based. Some of the reasons why refugees leave their country are because of the unstable security, lack of comfort, and inability to fulfill daily needs. Because of those problems, Indonesia must try to help make refugees feel like living in their own homes, full of security, comfort, and all their daily needs met. The solution to this is to create a program “House for Refugees in Indonesia”. This program is created to accommodate the refugees, not in emergency posts or tents where the atmosphere is terrible, but in people’s homes. However, the technical distribution is arranged through online shelter so that everything is managed properly. The government can set up an online shelter before giving refugees a place to live in people’s homes. In this online shelter, there will be 4 features listed, namely the Refugee Family Identity feature, the Prospective Shelter Host Feature, the Social Media Feature, and the Sharing Feature. The following is an explanation of each.

1. Refugee Family Identity Feature
When entering the Indonesian border, refugees must fill in refugee data at the online shelter so that all refugees are recorded. The data entered must be complete, starting from name, place and date of birth, address of origin, email and social media accounts. This data is filled in by each family so that everyone’s data is combined in one family. Thus, the mapping of potential shelter houses for refugees per family becomes easier.

2. Identity of the Prospective Shelter Host
Before accommodating the refugees, the government must have carried out emergency socialization to the local community through regional leaders so that the online shelter with features for potential shelter hosts can be filled. It should be stated that this program is voluntary but in full coordination with the central and local governments in meeting the needs of the refugees. In this feature, the shelter host must fill in complete data about the shelter house, for example the address, specifications of the shelter house, number of families in the house, conditions around the shelter house, and others related to the feasibility of the house as a shelter for refugees. Thus, the online shelter admin can easily find out how many houses are available and match them with the number of families who will live in the shelter houses. In addition, this mapping is also carried out to ensure that refugees with large families could be accommodated in several neighboring shelter houses that are close together.

3. Social Media Feature
This feature is very useful to keep the refugees connected even though they live in different shelters. Of course, this feature can only be used by all parties who have filled out the Refugee Family Identity feature and the Prospective Shelter Host feature. Thus, the refugees will still feel safe and comfortable because their families are still in good condition and are continuously monitored.

4. Sharing Room Feature
In this feature, all parties can make donations in the form of money, goods, or services. If people want to donate money, they can coordinate directly with the financial coordinator for the technical transfer of funds. If people want to donate goods, they can coordinate directly with the procurement coordinator for technical logistics delivery. If they want to become a service volunteer, such as being a teacher, health worker, chef, nutritionist, child psychologist, and so on, they can coordinate with the service need mapping coordinator. Beforehand, donors and volunteers had to fill in personal identification data in this feature, such as name, address, telephone number, and the amount of money, type of goods, or services they wish to contribute for charity.

In fact, if this program can be implemented properly, the central and local governments will receive feedback from refugees who may come from various professional fields. We can use this as a place for comparative studies from two different countries in the fields of education, health, agriculture, nutrition, finance, and others. The stability of this program will certainly make refugees more independent and confident to rise from adversity caused by war.dent to rise from adversity caused by war.)

    • Student Creativity For Refugees + (The 1951 Convention on the Status of RefugThe 1951 Convention on the Status of Refugees defines a refugee as “a person who, due to a well-founded fear of persecution, for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group or political party, is outside their country of nationality and does not wish to be protected by that country”. This is like the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

The Russia vs Ukraine conflict has had many impacts on the world. One of them is the crisis of population displacement and humanitarian problems. According to the United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), as many as five million Ukrainians have fled their country and about seven million have been forced to make their homes in the country in less than two months since Russian troops started the war in Ukraine. UNHCR said this refugee inflow was the fastest growing. Millions of Ukrainians have been forced to leave their homes to flee to other countries in search of a safe place.

In the case of Ukrainian refugees who are looking for shelter, should they choose to go to Indonesia, especially to Bali as their destination for refuge, I as a student agree and accept their arrival as refugees because I also empathize with them. As taught in schools, we not only acquire knowledge or learning materials, but are also built to become human beings who uphold a sense of humanity that can be realized through attitude and concern for others. In addition, our country has a principle for humanity. It is listed as the second principle of the “Pancasila” (five basic principles of the Republic of Indonesia): just and civilized humanity. So, in my opinion, Ukrainian refugees should be treated fairly and equally in accordance with Human Rights. Moreover, we as Hindus have the teachings of Tat Twam Asi, which teaches and guides us to have a soul of compassion.

In this regard, there are many ways that can be done to build awareness towards refugees. Students can also help the community in building awareness, because the young generation like us has a lot of creative and innovative potential. It is very commendable when these two matters are directed to positive action. This can be for humanitarian purposes, namely helping people who became refugees due to conflict. Inspiration can come from anywhere. For example, as a humanitarian action, two students at Harvard University, Marco Burstein and Avi Schiffmann, used their coding skills to create the website UkraineTakeShelter.com aimed at helping Ukrainian refugees find sponsors around the world. More than 18,000 people have signed up to offer help to those in need. This example can be used as an inspiration for students to be creative by utilizing advances in science and technology for humanitarian purposes.

In this era of the millennial generation, information can be obtained just by accessing the internet or social media. This can be used as a means to channel and share creativity and innovations that are beneficial to the community regarding refugee issues. At schools, forms of concern based on student initiatives, creative ideas, and innovations can be channeled into a forum in the form of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS). One of its activities is community service, especially for humanitarian purposes. To help refugees, we can take many actions, for example, raising funds online using technology or producing creative works and then selling them to meet donation needs. The money collected can later be handed over to the relevant institutions dealing with refugee issues. This fund can be used as a budget to meet the basic needs of the refugees such as food, drink, clothing, health facilities, and accommodations.

This would be my attitude and responsibility if refugees came to my place due to the conflict. Of course we accept their existence and participate in helping with creative solutions but still based on the rules and regulations that apply in Indonesia. I hope this opinion can inspire or add insight to those who read it. Let’s pray together that this conflict can be resolved as soon as possible for peace.be resolved as soon as possible for peace.)
    • Indifference to Others + (You must be familiar with the conflict betYou must be familiar with the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Recently, it has been in the spotlight again because the two countries are indeed in a high-level crisis stage. So, invasion could happen at any time. Based on the latest international news, the war between Russia and Ukraine is still going on today (Wednesday, May 18, 2022) and has entered the 84th day. According to the latest news, Ukrainian officials say that peace negotiations between the two countries have reached a stalemate. The Guardian reported that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had said he believed there could be no peace deal if negotiators tried to “transfer dialogue” as the West says instead of talking about the immediate situation in Ukraine. To date, many fighters have surrendered and they have been transferred to territory already under Russian control. According to the United Nations, to date, there have been six million refugees who have fled Ukraine since the Russian invasion in February. Ukrainian citizens who managed to take refuge in various places, one of which is Poland, have a sad story. They are willing to leave their children and wives and are willing to fight for their country. There are also residents who take their children out of Ukraine because they have to find a safer place even though half of their lives are still in the area where they live.

Apart from the problems between these two countries, as social beings we certainly hope for the best, namely peace. The refugees are foremost human beings who cannot live alone and definitely need the help of others. If people normally want a peaceful life, surely the refugees from Ukraine also want a peaceful life. The difference occurs if they evacuate to another place. We, who have a place to live, may not feel the way they do. In general, humans have hearts and a spirit of humanity. Imagine if we were in the position of the refugees. Of course we also want to be helped, right? Automatically when refugees come to our territory, it would be nice if we accept them openly. Greet them with what we have even if this is temporary. What we could provide, we should try to take the initiative to give to them. Teach them about caring, sincerity, patience and other things that support their current situation and current condition. It’s enough for simple things, such as the food they need, adequate medicine, and a basic place to live.

Any simple form of giving will certainly help Ukrainian refugees. This assistance must also be communicated with the Indonesian government, so that there will be equality and justice in shelter areas. It is necessary to include education for the refugees. This will be very beneficial for refugees and also those who receive them. Starting from the basics, such as starting to entertain them with the culture that we have. No need to go far. Just basic things. In addition, the Indonesian people also need more education about Ukrainian refugees, so the desire to help will be channeled properly.
